Production & Delivery Timeline
As a made-to-order slow fashion brand, our production process takes time and care. Please allow a minimum of 28 business days for your order to be made. Once your order is complete, delivery will take an additional 2–5 business days for local and national orders.
For international orders:
Delivery may take longer and can range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be emailed to you. Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for the courier to book your parcel into their system.

Returns & Refunds Policy
- We want you to love your Studio WASS purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and refunds within the guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns and offer refunds within 21 days of receiving your order. We do not accept any returns after 21 days.
To be eligible for a return

Items must be unworn, unused, and in excellent condition

All original tags and packaging must be included
Returns must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit

- Courier costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer
- No returns or exchanges on sale items
- No returns on international orders
1. Email orders@studiowass.co.za with your order number
2. Let us know which item(s) you’d like to return and why
3. Once approved, send the item back to the address we’ll provide
4. After inspection, your refund will be processed (excluding shipping fees)
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item, we will send the correct one at no additional cost.
If your item arrives damaged, please email orders@studiowass.co.za within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage
We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
