REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We gladly accept returns and offer refunds within 21 days of receipt. In the event that you receive incorrect products, we will replace them with the correct items.
For damaged products, please provide photographic evidence via email (including order number) within 24 hours of delivery to orders@studiowass.co.za and we will assist accordingly.
Return costs will not be reimbursed, and you are responsible for the postage costs when returning the item. For added security, we recommend using registered mail for returns, as we cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit. We don't accept returns on international orders.

SHIPPING
We rely on courier services for all our deliveries, offering convenient door-to-door service.
Given that we are a made-to-order slow fashion brand, please be aware that there is an approximate lead time of 28 business days minimum. Once production is completed, please allow an additional 2 to 5 working days for delivery.
Our delivery hours are between 09:00 and 17:00. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, please double-check that the correct delivery address and contact number are provided when placing your order. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address.
We kindly ask for your patience when tracking your parcel, as it may take up to 24 hours for the courier to book the parcel into their hub. If tracking information is not immediately available, we recommend waiting and trying again later.
